FRONT-END DEVELOPER

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that are visible from the computer users vantage point within a web application. You will combine the art of design with the science of programming. You will be responsible for the translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code. There are times you will be expected to work independently to meet tight deadlines following design guidelines.

 

You will have to work with the team on all the aspect of digital product development from prototyping to product development having in mind the customer centricity and agility of Fantastic Mind. You will be mentored by a functional lead and collaborate with a team of passionate and thoughtful Designers and given opportunities to grow and develop professionally.

Responsibilities for Front-End Developer

  • Develop new user facing features

​

  • Write reusable code and libraries

​

  • Enhance application for maximum speed and scalability

​

  • Validate input before submitting to back end

​

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholder

​

  • Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation

​

  • Define how the application looks and how it works

​

  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code

Qualifications for Front-End Developer

​

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

​

  • Knowledge of Angular, ReactJS

​

  • Good understanding of SEO

​

  • Proficient in code visioning tools

​

  • Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Zeplin would be a definite advantage

​

  • Proficient understanding of web markup

​

  • Possess expert knowledge of Python, Javascript and JQuery

​

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks​
